The counselling helps you to find a better version of yourself. A counsellor or therapist helps you to share your concern in a safe place and listen to you intently and helps you to understand the root cause along with identifying your thinking pattern and behavior. An action plan and goals will be decided mutually and help them to reconcile by making them clear on their coping mechanism
WHO NEEDS COUNSELLING
Counselling is the process of contacting the therapist to resolve problematic behavior, negative automatic thoughts, emotional instability, relationship issues or psychosomatic problems.
WHAT COUNSELLING WILL DO OR PROVIDE
Counselling helps an individual to find a better solution to the problem by understanding the root cause of the issue. Escape is not the solution for temporary problems. Nothing is permanent.

HOW DO I STAY ANONYMOUS
You can choose to stay anonymous, by first signing up for that you need not provide your real name, you can choose to add another name which will identify you in the system and by your counselor.
IN WHICH WAYS I COMMUNICATE OR CONTACT COUNSELOR
You can get counselling in three ways: Chatting live: You will be sent to a special chat space where your counsellor will take your session. Speaking over the phone: You will receive a phone call on the number provided by you by your counsellor at your time of appointment
